Everything is ok at my little garden in Japan.
I am well. We didn't had any problems besides the little scare. The main problems were up north and at the coast. But in Yokohama we didn't get much.
I have been off line this week because I was moving to a new apartment. And today I just got Internet connected at the new house. I am still settling up so I will post more later.
Thank you very much for all the mails, the blessings and the good thoughts! Is great having so many caring friends.

My best regards to all those who were affected.
Hi Fer, Great to know you are all right. Ann even wrote a short post for you.
ReplyDeleteI'm very happy to know you are safe!
ReplyDeleteIf you are in Yokohama now, you should be careful about aftershocks and tsunami warning. I know transportation around Tokyo and Yokohama is still paralyzed. I and my family are OK in Osaka.
I believe this disaster has reminded you of the fact that we are living in a nation of an earthquake.
Anyway, I feel relief now!
This is very good news. I hope things stay safe for you. Seeing what is happening in other parts of Japan must be awful for you, your colleagues and friends. The images we are seeing on our televisions are terrifying.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes
Lucy
Fer, I thought you were "off-line" because you had gone off to Mexico! Glad to hear you are OK. The devastation caused by the earthquakes and tsunamis has been awful. These days such things are so "immediate" because we hear about them as soon as they happen.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear that everything is ok there, but keeping all those affected in my thoughts.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm so glad you are fine! I was watching the tele in horror of what has happened in Sendai and then I thought of you at Yokohama. I'm glad everything is fine! Take care now

ReplyDeleteI am still settling at the new place, but all seems good. If I turn off the TV it would not even seem like anything happened

Glad to hear that you are OK. We watch those pictures with horror. It is like a really badly made for TV Hollywood movie, with not believable special effects. Diana
